Submitting ASHA CEUs
To receive ASHA CEUs for a course you must complete the course according to our “Successful Completion” requirements and have paid ASHA’s transcript fees.
We submit ASHA CE credits for our on-demand courses on a quarterly basis according to the following schedule:
Courses completed Jan 1 to Mar 31 are reported to ASHA by May 15
Courses completed Apr 1 to Jun 30 are reported to ASHA by Aug 14
Courses completed Jul 1 to Sep 30 are reported to ASHA by Nov 14
Courses completed Oct 1 to Dec 31 are reported to ASHA by Feb 14
If you are audited between the time you take one of our courses and before it shows on your ASHA transcript you can use your course completion certificate as proof of your attendance.
Live Web Conferences
Our Live Web Conferences present unique opportunities for your small group to connect with a course presenter and have questions answered on a more personal level than our on-demand courses allow, but without the travel expenses associated with an in-person, on-site course. Live Web Conferences require at least five participants with upper limits dependent only on the web conferencing equipment and space available to you. Each participant will need to register for the course separately, but if desired, coupon codes can be given to your group to allow for non-standard payment arrangements. Please note, these courses must be scheduled at least three weeks in advance to meet ASHA and AOTA reporting requirements. Use our contact form to reach out and indicate your interest in scheduling a Live Web Conference.
Feeding Fun Watch Parties
Feeding Fun Watch Parties are a fun and engaging way to view our courses on a budget and in a setting where group discussion and collaboration are encouraged. As few as three therapists can participate, with upper limits dependent only on the video equipment and space available to you. We recommend displaying the video on a large screen while participants answer the quiz questions on laptops or mobile devices. Use our contact form to request a discount for parties of five or more. Each participant will need to register separately, but if desired, a coupon code can be given to your group to allow for company-paid or other non-standard payment arrangements.
